Simple: Not Easy

Writing something unique every day is hard work. It's a simple task, putting pen to paper, but it doesn't always result in anything profound or ground breaking.

Oh well. At least I know this, I'm fulfilling my commitment, and that's the important part.

In other news, I burned my fingers making a late night grilled cheese sandwich tonight. That is not only a simple task, but it is also easy work, and I still screwed it up. I guess that's what I get for making an unhealthy late night snack decision.

Sara and Mia concluded that, based on the smell that consumed the house, that I burned it. I am of the opinion that I cooked it perfectly.

And my fingers hurt.

I guess I just pulled landscaping duty.
