The nights that I don't have much to say, or the nights that I don't feel like writing, are the nights that it is most important that I do.
I could make excuses; I'm sick, my brain hurts, my whole body hurts, I'm tired, etc.
But one excuse opens the door for more excuses, and I'm not in an excuse making kind of mood.
The next time you think about making an excuse for not doing something that you are perfectly capable of doing, take a minute to reevaluate your choices, tough it out, and do it anyway.
"Rule #76 No excuses. Play like a champion."
