I went to bed at 8:25 last night (11/9) and was asleep in seconds. I even woke up a couple of minutes before my 4:45 alarm, which is a first. I wonder if that means my circadian rhythm is starting to adjust...or if it was just happenstance.
Speaking of circadian rhythm, in doing a little research to find an article, I found some pretty interesting stuff. Looks like I'm going to have to dedicate some time to exploring the National Sleep Foundation website.
Either way, I have 7 minutes to get to bed before 9pm for the 2nd night in a row...I don't know if that' is something I've ever done in my life, but I'm going for it.
I'll type this up in the morning.
If I learned one thing from reading Atomic Habits, it was that if you want your desired habits to stick, consistency is the answer. The writing and blogging are stuck, I am choosing to prioritize bedtime. Goodnight
