Atomic Habits is off to a good start.
My brain is experiencing a slight overload.
Part of me wishes that I would have cracked the book sooner.
The other part of me thinks that the timing is perfect.
I'm going to choose to believe perfect timing guy.
I started creating better habits and choosing better behaviors roughly 210 days ago. I am positive this book will provide me with some wisdom that will help me put systems in place to keep moving in the right direction. The first couple of chapters have been packed with valuable insight.
James Clear also puts together a quality newsletter that is worth your time. He calls it 3-2-1- Thursday and it's awesome. His mission is "to share the most wisdom per word of any newsletter on the web: using 3 ideas, 2 quotes, and 1 question.
While I am not the utmost authority on wisdom, the wisdom per word ratio is strong to quite strong. Check it out if you feel so inclined.
I've got to be careful about giving you too much other material, I might end up with nobody left to read mine! I'd better up my game when it comes to wise content.
