Wow. 200 days in a row, and I'm still growing daily.
Even if you aren't sharing it with the world, I highly recommend spending some time in reflection and putting some words on paper.
It has provided me with heightened awareness.
It has served as a stress release
And a much needed brain dump.
I spend far fewer nights laying in bed wrestling with my thoughts.
My sleep quality has proved dramatically.
(I don't have any scientific proof. Don't expect any sleep data; I can just feel it in my bones)
And I no longer rely on the snooze button
(You're welcome Sara, sorry it took me so long).
I do lots of dishes.
I clean up after myself
(Most of the time).
I am proud of myself.
I've learned from lots of yesterdays.
And I am totally invested in my todays,
In order to create better tomorrows.
Seriously, try it out. It could change your life.
Also, if you haven't, please keep reading. You can scroll through all of the yesterdays by clicking the "Yesterday" link below the picture. Just this one time, I'll put the "Yesterday" link right here so that you can check out "Yesterday" in case you missed it. On every other post, you'll have to scroll all the way down underneath the pictures to find the "Yesterday" link. Every page has a "Yesterday" link on it, and if you wanted to, you could click "Yesterday" 200 times, and get 200 different posts. You can also click "Tomorrow." Just kidding, don't click that one, it's linked to "Yesterday." But that link won't be available until at least "Tomorrow"...this one will take you to tomorrow, I promise.
Sorry, I got carried away. I'd love it if you would read and share. The last 200 days have been a lot of fun. Here's to many more.
Sorry, I couldn't resist.
