I spent the better part of my morning getting caught up on the blog. It was quite time consuming work. I even snuck (sneaked?) in my second book review...check it out.
It might have gone more quickly if the rest of the family slept till 10AM...but that happens never...and now it's done.
While this wasn't a case of procrastination (something I became a professional at during my college years), I found myself thinking about the value of getting things done in a timely manner.
Don't put anything off till later if you can avoid it. The more tasks get stacked up for later, the longer it takes to get them done. If you can't make time for a ten minute task now, how are you going to make time for 14 ten minute tasks later?
Sometimes, it's unavoidable...like when you are away from home and work for 2 weeks with limited internet access!
Get things done. Get them done now. Get them done right.
That way, you can spend your free time relaxing or getting ahead rather than hustling to catch up.

Also...I've noticed that when I upload multiple posts at once that some of them get neglected. Feel free to use the "Yesterday" or "Tomorrow" links below the pictures to navigate through the blog.
