Nashville, TN Day 1
Airports are pretty interesting places. You are almost guaranteed to encounter diversity, foul smells, screaming kids...I guess after writing that, I'm just describing my house on any given day of the week when everyone is home!
I can't call what I did sleeping, so I couldn't tell you when I woke up. I closed my eyes for a couple of hours from San Francisco to Houston, ate a bagel, laid down on the airport floor in Houston, covered myself in an airplane blanket (which, let's be honest, isn't much more than a large dark blue Kleenex), an I closed my eyes for a couple more hours.
Now I'm in Nashville, anxious to get started with a week of Vanderbilt Baseball prospect camp.
I don't really know what IT is yet, but I made a decision around the New Year that I was going to put all my efforts into getting IT done. I think IT is just getting started.
My buddy Kyle, the funniest human on planet earth, always said, "Do what you do and do it well. And then keep on doing it. And then, when you're done, do it again."
I'm going to do IT. Then I'm going to do IT again, only better than before. Then I'm going to keep the cycle going. You should too.
