6:00 AM Wake-up
Time is our most precious commodity. Each minute that passes is one that we will never get back.
When I talk with people, especially strangers, about my family and my children, almost without fail, I am told to cherish this time. It will be over before I know it. And I get it already.
Mia is 13 going on 20, and Ace and Hope are learning and growing faster than Sara and I can keep up. I love it. Every tantrum, every hug, every toddler fight over toys and snacks, every dramatic teenage whatever, every moment.
Treat your moments like the precious commodities that they are. Time is running out for all of us. We won't ever know which moment will be our last, so treat each one like it is the only one in existence.
Maximize your time. Don't waste it worrying about things that are ultimately unimportant. Use it wisely. Treat every experience like it is your first and last.
I'm not saying live recklessly.
I'm saying: live, be, experience, learn, love, share, laugh, smile, enjoy, embrace, Impact, Encourage, Inspire.
